Berlin, October 28, 2024 – YPOG is pleased to announce its role in advising Munich-based holding group Armira on its joint venture with Viessmann. This collaboration is aimed at acquiring a minority stake in PharOS, a leading pharmaceutical company specializing in advanced medical therapies. The joint venture allows Armira and Viessmann to apply their expertise in the healthcare sector and sustainable solutions while supporting PharOS in scaling its cutting-edge pharmaceutical innovations.
YPOG’s team provided comprehensive legal advice on the investment structure of the transaction including both investment funds and joint venture vehicles. This transaction underscores YPOG’s leadership in orchestrating complex, cross-industry investment and joint venture structures.
