Johannes is active in the field of fund structuring. He primarily advises managers of venture capital and private equity funds on domestic and international structuring and all related matters.
Education and Career
Johannes studied law in Münster, Germany. Afterwards, he completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Temple University in Philadelphia. After working for major international law firms as a research assistant in the areas of procedural law, competition law and corporate criminal law, Johannes completed his legal internship at the Brandenburg Higher Regional Court, which included stints at the German Federal Ministry of Health, the German Foreign Office in Bangkok and YPOG.
