Nicolas is active in the field of fund structuring. He primarily advises managers of venture capital and private equity funds on domestic and international structuring and all related matters.
Education and Career
Nicolas studied law in Cologne, Bonn and Seville with a focus on banking and capital markets law. During this time, he gained work experience at the German American Chamber of Commerce in New York. Subsequently, he worked as a research assistant at the Technical University of Munich.
Nicolas completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt with stints at BaFin, the European Central Bank and Latham & Watkins in Frankfurt and San Francisco.
