Nick advises German and international fund managers on the structuring of investment funds in the fields of venture capital and private equity, as well as on all matters of investment regulatory law.
Education and Career
Nick studied law at the University of Constance. After his studies, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair of (International) Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law at the University of Zurich while pursuing his doctorate. Nick completed his legal traineeship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg, including placements at Hogan Lovells in Hamburg and a mid-sized law firm in Cape Town.
