Florian advises corporate clients and start-ups, private equity and venture capital funds as well as other financial investors on all aspects of M&A and venture capital transactions. In addition, Florian’s practice includes general corporate advice.
Education and Career
Florian studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University (Munich) and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, both with a focus on international, European and foreign private and procedural law. He practiced as a student and graduate research assistant between both state examinations as well as a legal trainee at Sidley Austin (CE) LLP, mainly in the areas of M&A, private equity and restructuring.
Florian joined YPOG in 2023, having previously worked as a graduate research assistant in the Funds, Venture Capital and Venture Debt practice areas in our Berlin office.
