Stefanie Heinemann

Education and Career

Stefanie studied German and European Economic Law at the University of Siegen. While completing her master’s degree, she assisted the chair of civil law, commercial and corporate law (Prof. Dr. Schöne). After graduating, she worked as a project lawyer at an international law firm. There, she advised, among others, on extensive transactions in the field of venture capital and private equity. She also worked as a legal manager in a Berlin startup.

Experience

During her previous stations, Stefanie mainly advised investors and companies in the process of financing rounds (both externally and in-house).
