As an Associate at YPOG, Richard supports the notarial practice across the full range of notarial services. He focuses on corporate law, particularly on the notarial support and execution of transactions and financing rounds. In this role, he advises founders and their start-ups from formation through successive financing rounds and up to a potential exit.
Education and Career
Richard studied law in Greifswald and Berlin and completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal (Kammergericht). He successfully passed his second state examination in February 2025.
