Philipp-Johannes Amtmann

Education and Career

Philipp studied law at the Christian-Albrechts-University in Kiel, specializing in tax law. During his legal clerkship, he worked in a tax law firm, the tax crime department of the public prosecutor's office and at the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig-Holstein. Philipp also holds an LL.M. degree in tax law. Before joining YPOG, he worked for the Schleswig-Holstein tax administration for five years. In his function as Head of the Appeals Office, the Tax Audit Office and as Head of International Tax Law, he accompanied numerous external audits and proceedings before the tax courts as well as the Federal Fiscal Court.
