Philipp is active in the area of fund structuring. He primarily advises managers of venture capital and private equity funds on domestic and foreign structuring and all related issues.
Education and Career
Philipp studied law at the University of Osnabrück. Following his studies, Philipp worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Finance and Tax Law at the University of Trier while completing his doctoral thesis. His practical legal training in Hanover and Hamburg included stints at an international operating lawfirm as well as at a DAX-listed company. Before joining YPOG, Philipp worked as a lawyer and Legal Counsel in the field of corporate law.
