Oliver advises private clients as well as mid-sized and large companies on ongoing tax matters. His main focus lies on tax matters related to venture capital and private equity, on which he advises funds, investors (corporations and individuals) and startups.
Education and Career
Oliver studied tax law at the University of Applied Sciences for Finance at Nordkirchen, which forms part of the tax administration of the state of North-Rhine Westphalia. He then worked as Federal Tax Auditor for the Federal Central Tax Office. Oliver holds a master's degree (Master of Arts in Taxation (M.A.)) from the Aalen University of Applied Sciences. Oliver previously worked for YPOG from April 2020 to December 2022. Before rejoining YPOG, Oliver worked for KPMG in the Private Equity and Real Estate sector.
