Nina advises investors, start-ups and other companies in day-to-day corporate law, financing rounds, acquisitions, joint ventures and exits.
Education and Career
Nina studied law in Mainz and Frankfurt/Main. She completed her legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal with stages at, among others, a large international law firm in Berlin and an Australian commercial law firm in Melbourne.
Before joining YPOG, Nina worked as a trainee notary at the Koblenz Chamber of Notaries. Prior to that, she worked for several years as an associate at the international law firm Gleiss Lutz in Frankfurt focusing on M&A and corporate law.
