With the necessary calm and her experience from her previous career in the hotel industry, Nathalie masters every working day no matter how stressful. Especially the Berlin Funds team around Jens Kretzschmann and Thomas Töben, on which her work as an assistant mainly focuses, can always rely on Nathalie's knowledge as a business administration graduate. Always optimistic and motivated, she makes sure that nothing gets in the way of a streamlined workflow within her team. True to the maxim “talent wins matches, but teamwork wins championships”, appreciation and cooperation always come first for Nathalie – whether while completing demanding tasks or in joint lunch breaks and chats around the much-loved barista-style coffee machine.
