Nataly is responsible for internal communication at YPOG, ensuring that information is shared clearly and purposefully across the entire organization. She develops formats that promote transparency and strengthen collaboration. In addition, she plans and organizes large, cross-location internal events such as retreats and Christmas parties. With her creative flair, she designs memorable moments that foster connection and bring YPOG’s culture to life.
