Education and Career
Melisa studied law in Passau and in Kuala Lumpur. After her first state examination, she worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Private International Law and Civil Procedure Law at the University of Passau.
She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, including stints with the legal department of BMW AG and Endrös-Baum Associés, a German-French law firm in the area of litigation and arbitration. During her two-year legal clerkship, she was also a research assistant at the Munich Center for Dispute Resolution (MuCDR) at LMU Munich.
