Max advises private equity and venture capital funds, their investors and managers. He focuses on international tax law.
Education and Career
Max studied law in Bonn with a specialization in Business, Capital Markets and Tax. His legal clerkship included stints at Baker McKenzie, the Federal Central Tax Office and the Fiscal Court of Dusseldorf. He holds an LL.M. degree in International Business Taxation from Tilburg University (Netherlands). Before joining YPOG, he worked for major international law firms and the tax boutique Streck Mack Schwedhelm. Max enjoys publishing and is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
