Martin is a dedicated tax lawyer advising enterprises, family offices and private clients. As part of his practice, he focuses on both domestic and cross-border partnership matters. Martin also advises fund managers on the structuring of private equity and venture capital funds.
Education and Career
Martin studied law in Bonn and at King’s College London with focus on tax law. He completed his practical legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne, including stints at the German Embassy in Madrid and at White & Case.
Before joining YPOG, Martin was an Associate at White & Case.
