Marina advises medium-sized and large (family-) businesses, family offices, and affluent private individuals on tax and selected corporate law matters. In the case of family businesses, she focuses particularly on the shareholders' level, especially regarding wealth and business succession as well as issues related to international tax law.
Education and Career
Marina studied law in Bochum and Cologne, with an emphasis on tax law and accounting law. Since starting her career as a lawyer/tax advisor, she has worked at renowned law firms specializing in commercial and tax law and has focused on private clients and family businesses.
