Luisa advises medium-sized and large (family) businesses, family offices and wealthy private individuals on tax and selected corporate law issues. Her practice focuses on national and international corporate tax law, corporate succession and inheritance and gift tax law.
Education and Career
Luisa studied law in Heidelberg and Münster. After her legal clerkship, she worked at the tax authorities in Hessen (tax office Darmstadt/Ministry of Finance). Before joining YPOG, Luisa worked as a tax lawyer in a British law firm and in a law firm specializing in tax law and advising private clients.
