Laura is an Associate in the Corporate Crime, Compliance & Investigations practice group. She advises companies and individuals on both preventive and repressive compliance and regulatory matters and supports clients in internal investigations as well as in sensitive white-collar criminal proceedings.
Education and Career
Laura studied law with a focus on criminal law at Europa-Universität Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), gaining early practical experience at boutique white-collar crime law firms in Cologne and Berlin. After completing her studies, she worked as a research assistant in the white-collar crime practice group of a leading law firm at its Berlin office. She completed her legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, with placements that included a renowned Berlin-based criminal defense attorney and an international station in Australia.
