Laura specialises in venture capital and M&A transactions. She assists investors and start-ups in financing rounds, employee participation programmes, exit transactions and provides support in all matters of day-to-day corporate law.
Education and Career
Laura completed her Master‘s degree programme in „German and European Economic Law“ at the University of Siegen with a focus on „Corporate Law“. During this time, she worked as a research assistant for the Chair of Civil Law, Family Law and the Chair of Civil Law, Commercial and Corporate Law and completed an internship in a major international law firm in Dubai, UAE.
Before joining YPOG, Laura worked at Oppenhoff focusing on corporate law as well as M&A.
