Katharina works in the field of fund structuring. She advises investors and managers from Germany and abroad on all corporate and regulatory issues. Her practice also focuses on general corporate law, including advising national and international companies on stock corporation and capital market law.
Education and Career
Katharina studied law at the University of Würzburg. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main with stations at Linklaters in Frankfurt am Main and New York City in the area of investment funds, among others.
Before joining YPOG, Katharina worked as a lawyer at Linklaters in Frankfurt am Main in the area of investment funds. There she advised fund managers on the launch, structuring and distribution of investment funds in Germany and abroad as well as institutional investors on their participation in investment funds. The focus of her work was on alternative asset classes.
