Jens is active in the area of fund structuring. He primarily advises managers of venture capital and private equity funds on domestic and international structuring and all related matters.
Education and Career
Jens studied Law and Business Law (LL.M. oec.) at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. He then worked as a research assistant at one of the Big Four accounting firms in the area of Public Economic Law. He completed his legal clerkship at the Naumburg Court of Appeals, including stations at CMS Hasche Sigle in the Corporate / M&A department and at YPOG.
