Janic advises investors, start-ups and other companies comprehensively on M&A and venture capital transactions. He also advises on all matters relating to corporate law.
Education and Career
Janic studied law in Cologne and Coimbra (Portugal). He then worked as a research assistant in various law firms in the areas of corporate law, M&A and venture capital. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne with stations at the Federal Foreign Office in Berlin, a major law firm in Lisbon and the Cologne office of YPOG, among others. Janic already advised start-ups on corporate law issues and structuring options during his studies as a member and chairman of the board of the Corporate Law Clinic Cologne.
