Helena advises banks, debt funds, and other lenders, as well as start-ups, scale-ups, and other corporate clients. She also supports private equity and VC funds, along with other investors, on both the lender and borrower sides of all sorts of debt financings. Her focus is on venture & growth debt, acquisition financings, and fund finance.
Education and Career
Helena studied law in Berlin. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf and has worked in various law firms, the Federal Foreign Office in Berlin and a multilateral representation in Vienna.
