Gina is active in the field of fund structuring. She primarily advises managers of venture capital and private equity funds on domestic and international structuring and all related matters.
Education and Career
Gina first studied tax administration at the University of Applied Sciences for Finance in Königs Wusterhausen and then law at the University of Potsdam. During her legal clerkship, she worked as a research assistant at a tax law department at the University of Hamburg and gained experience, inter alia, in the investment funds sector at Linklaters in Berlin, Frankfurt am Main and New York City.
Prior to joining YPOG, Gina worked as an associate in the investment funds department at Linklaters.
