Franziska works in the field of fund structuring. She primarily advises managers of venture capital and private equity funds on domestic and foreign structuring and all related issues.
Education and Career
Franziska studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin and at the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris. After her first state law examination, she worked in the department for financial market law and tax law at the Federal Ministry of Justice.
She completed her legal clerkship at the Court of Appeal in Berlin with stations at YPOG, the Federal Ministry of Finance and Hengeler Mueller, among others.
