Farina advises on corporate law matters with a particular focus on venture capital. She advises clients in particular on M&A transactions as well as on financing rounds and exits.
Education and Career
Farina studied law in Göttingen and Paris. After her studies, she worked as a research assistant at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Berlin. She completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle with stations at CMS Hasche Sigle in Hamburg, the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection and the Berlin start-up Gorillas, among others.
