Elena supports fund managers and investors in the structuring of venture capital and private equity funds as well as investments in other asset classes. She also advises investors on tax issues in connection with corporate transactions, restructurings and the structuring of employee participation programmes.
Education and Career
Elena studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München as well as law and economics at the University of Sydney. She also completed her legal clerkship in Munich, where she worked for the General Administration of the Free State of Bavaria and a renowned law firm in Berlin specialising in artificial intelligence and IT security law.
