Leonie provides advice on all matters of corporate law to funds, groups and growth-oriented companies. Moreover, Leonie assists her clients with all matters of corporate litigation.
Education and Career
Leonie studied law in Munich. She completed her practical legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Munich and in a Munich-based corporate law firm. Subsequently, Leonie wrote her doctoral thesis in the field of international corporate law. Prior to joining YPOG, Leonie worked at SMP and at Hogan Lovells in Munich.
