Dana is active in the field of fund structuring. In particular, she advises investors and managers on all corporate and regulatory matters. She also focuses on general corporate law, including advice on stock corporation law and capital markets law for national and international companies.
Education and Career
Dana studied law in Bonn and Cologne. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne with stages at, inter alia, an international law firm and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in Berlin.
Prior to joining YPOG, Dana has worked as an associate at Linklaters in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt/Main focusing on investment funds. She advised fund managers on the formation, structuring and distribution of investment funds as well as institutional investors with respect to their investments in investment funds, with a focus on alternative investments.
