Cyra advises financial investors and corporate clients on venture capital, private equity and other M&A transactions, as well as on general corporate law matters.
Education and Career
Cyra studied law at the University of Potsdam. She then worked as a research assistant at our predecessor law firm SMP in the Corporate/Transaction department. Cyra completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Brandenburg in Potsdam, including stations at Hogan Lovells in Munich and the Berlin office of YPOG.
