Christoph advises start-ups and investors on issues related to IP/IT law in venture capital and M&A transactions. His advice covers contentious and non-contentious matters concerning intellectual property, information technology and data privacy law, as well as general commercial law.
Education and Career
Christoph studied law in Freiburg, Grenoble and Berlin (Humboldt-University). Throughout his PhD studies he worked as a research assistant in the IP practice groups of two international law firms. During his legal clerkship in Berlin, he worked for the Minister of State for Culture and the Media, at the data privacy department of a commercial law firm, and at the legal department of HelloFresh.
