Camilla supports fund managers in the structuring of private equity and venture capital funds. She also advises investors in connection with the structuring of employee participation programs and restructurings.
Education and Career
Camilla completed her Bachelor's degree in Economics and Politics at HTW Berlin and discovered her preference for tax law. She then decided to complete her Master's degree in International Business Administration with a focus on tax law at the European University Viadrina (Frankfurt Oder). During her studies, she spent two semesters abroad in Copenhagen and Paris (Sciences Po). After graduating, Camilla worked at Flick Gocke Schaumburg. She was appointed as a certified tax advisor in April 2024.
