Boris advises companies, PE and VC investors on national and cross-border M&A and venture capital transactions as well as on general corporate and capital markets law issues.
Education and Career
Boris studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and the University of Colorado Law School in Boulder, Colorado. He then worked as a research assistant in the Corporate/M&A departments of two major international law firms before completing his LL.M. studies at the Universities of Bologna, Ghent and Aix-Marseille.
During his legal clerkship in Berlin, Boris worked, among others, for a parliamentary group in the German Bundestag, contributing to the Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry into the Wirecard Scandal.

- The French Positive Group on the acquisition of the email marketing service provider mailingwork GmbH
- The founders of m+m Gebäudetechnik GmbH on the entry of Süd Beteiligungen GmbH (a 100% subsidiary of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg)
- The ECO Group on the acquisition of a majority stake in the JM Group (Ben & Anna)
- MSM.digital (now 1SP Agency) on the acquisition of the promotion agency PRofiFLITZER GmbH and the influencer agency inSight gg GmbH
- BPE on various transactions, most recently on the acquisition of Bahama GmbH as part of a management buy-in
- The founders of ComX on the investment of FLEX Capital
- Deutsche GigaNetz GmbH on the entry of infrastructure investor DWS
