Benjamin advises companies and investors on M&A and venture capital transactions as well as on further matters of corporate law and the law on the change of legal form, related measures and structuring options.
Education and Career
Benjamin completed an interdisciplinary bachelor's degree in economics, political science and law in Dresden and Exeter (UK). He continued his studies with a degree in law in Berlin. At the same time, he worked at the German Bundestag and later on at the European Central Bank. During his practical legal training at the Higher Regional Court in Berlin, he worked for a major international law firm, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, and the World Bank.
