Benedikt advises founders, start-ups and domestic and foreign investors on venture capital financing rounds, convertible loans, strategic corporate acquisitions as well as on all corporate law issues.
In addition, he focuses on advising domestic and foreign banks, start-ups and other companies on debt financing. A particular focus is on venture debt.

Education and Career
Benedikt studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin and completed an LL.M. degree at the University of California, Berkeley with a focus on business law. During his legal clerkship, he worked for a law firm in Tel Aviv, among others.
Prior to joining YPOG, Benedikt worked for a major international law firm in Frankfurt am Main in the area of banking and finance. Most recently, he worked for several years as a senior associate at GSK Stockmann in Berlin, focusing on venture capital and corporate, M&A.
