Asan advises medium and large companies on all matters related to ongoing taxation and tax structuring. His clients include venture capital and private equity funds, selected start-ups, as well as private and commercial investors.
Education and Career
Asan studied economics at the Otto-von-Guericke-University in Magdeburg and later pursued his masters degree in taxation at the Georg-August-University in Goettingen. He then worked for several years at Rödl & Partner focusing on the taxation of German corporations.
