Anja advises investors, start-ups, and corporations on venture capital, private equity, and other M&A transactions, as well as on all aspects of corporate law.
Education and Career
Anja studied law at Julius-Maximilians-University Würzburg and Trinity College Dublin (Ireland). She completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, with placements including an international law firm in Munich and San Diego, CA. In addition to her legal studies, Anja earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, San Diego.
Before joining YPOG, Anja worked for several years as an attorney at Latham & Watkins in Munich, where she advised corporations and financial investors on mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions, as well as on all aspects of corporate law.
