Ana-Christina advises and defends national and international companies and individuals in all areas of corporate crime and criminal tax law. She focuses on investigations, in particular in the areas of criminal competition law and criminal insolvency law. She represents companies in criminal and administrative investigation proceedings before public authorities and courts. In addition, she also regularly represents managing directors and executives within the context of corporate crime and tax offence proceedings.
Her activities further focus on the provision of preventive advice to companies in compliance matters. This includes, in particular, advising on the establishment and implementation of compliance management systems, compliance risk analyses, the preparation of company guidelines as well as staff training and the conduct of internal investigations. Furthermore, she represents the interests of companies which were harmed by criminal offences in the context of criminal proceedings.
