YPOG advises Armira Growth on the structuring and fundraising of the €200 million Armira Growth Fund I

Cologne, May 2024 – YPOG provided Armira Growth with comprehensive legal and tax advice on the structuring and fundraising of its first growth fund with a final closing volume at the hard cap of €200 million.

The YPOG team co-led by Sebastian Schödel, Lennart Lorenz and Helder Schnittker included Andreas Bergthaller, Sylwia Luszczek, Julian Albrecht, Jens Kretzschmann, Niklas Ulrich, Antonia von Treuenfeld and Dana Ritter. In addition to entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial families from Armira's unique investor base, the closing also included public investors. With its fund, Armira Growth intends to invest in particular in European companies in the growth sector with a focus on the DACH region.
