Berlin – While working at SMP, members of the YPOG team advised education investor Emerge Education on its investment in EdTech startup Tomorrow's Education. It was the first time that the VC from the UK invested in a German company through its new fund generation. In the course of Tomorrow's Education's financing round, Emerge Education acted as lead investor and received legal advice from Frederik Gärtner and Martin Schaper together with Jonas Huth.
"With its state-of-the-art concept including AI technology, Tomorrow's Education is leading the way to an even more modern and flexible type of academic education and is thus creating a new form of knowledge transfer. We are very pleased that we were able to advise Emerge Education on this transaction", says Frederik Gärtner.
