Berlin – While working at SMP, members of the YPOG team advised the shareholders of the German FinTech company TTMzero on the acquisition of a 25 percent stake by United Fintech. United Fintech intends to increase its shareholding to 80% over the next three years. The partnership is intended to leverage the full potential of both platforms. According to TTMzero, United Fintech's expertise in sales, marketing and distribution will be used to scale the company's business and global reach. Martin Schaper, Frederik Gärtner and Malte Bergmann together with Konstantin Häfner provided comprehensive legal and tax advice in connection with the acquisition of the stake by United Fintech and the subsequent partnership.
