Johannes advises private clients, family offices as well as mid-sized and large companies on all matters of ongoing taxation and tax structuring. His clients include, in particular, venture-capital and private-equity funds, selected startups as well as individual and corporate investors.
Education and Career
Johannes studied tax law at the University of Applied Sciences for Finance in Ludwigburg, which is part of the tax administration of the state of Baden Wurttemberg. After graduating from university, he worked as a tax auditor for medium-sized companies for the tax authority.
