Berlin – A Team lead by YPOG partner Benjamin Ullrich comprehensively advised the European venture capital firm Draper Esprit on its investment in construction tech startup Schüttflix as part of the $50 million Series A financing round. Alongside Draper Esprit existing investors Speedinvest, HV Capital, the construction group Strabag and the founders Christian Hülsewig and Thomas Hagedorn once more participated in the financing round.
Schüttflix, founded 2018 in Gütersloh, is a digital platform managing the transportation of bulk materials. Via app, suppliers and carriers will be connected directly to customers out of road construction, civil engineering, gardening and landscaping – thus common bulk materials will be transported efficiently throughout Germany. Draper Esprit, with offices in London and Dublin, is a leading venture capital company, investing in high growth technology companies at early and growth stage. The company was established in 2006, listed on London Stock Exchange in 2016, and today, as a constituent of the FTSE250, is the largest listed tech VC on London Stock Exchange.
