Berlin – A YPOG Team led by Julian Albrecht provided comprehensive legal, regulatory and tax advice to venture capital and private equity investor 10x Founders on the structuring of its first fund. The fund has reached its final closing at approximately €160 million and is backed by more than 200 European entrepreneurs.
Over the last few months, 10x Founders has already made 27 investments with over 200 co-investors and will keep its focus on pre-seed, seed and Series A financing rounds of the best and most ambitious tech founders. The mission of 10x Founders is to support top tech founders in Europe on their journey of becoming global tech leaders and making Europe the world's strongest tech hub.
The founding partners Andreas Etten, Claudius Jablonka, Felix Haas, Jan Becker, Jan Reichelt and Robert Wuttke, have made more than 300 investments in the past and are now continuing the early-stage investments within 10x Founders.
