Project A invests in sennder

Berlin - While working at SMP, members of the YPOG team advised Berlin-based venture capital firm Project A on a new investment in digital freight forwarder sennder in a Series D financing round. New and existing investors, including Project A, Accel, HV Capital and Lakestar, invested approximately $160 million in the logistics startup. This brings the company's valuation to over $1 billion. According to the company, the capital raised in the financing round will be used for further international expansion. The team has already advised the early-stage investor on a large number of investments in Germany and abroad and has launched three generations of funds on its behalf. Martin Schaper and Ansgar Frank took the lead for this mandate.
