Berlin – While working at SMP, members of the YPOG team advised Hamburg based fintech company Exporo on its Series C extension financing round. The financing round with a volume of EUR 16 million was raised from existing investors Partech, e.ventures, Heartcore and HV Holtzbrinck Ventures. Exporo intends to invest the fresh capital into its digital trading platform and the launch of an additional digital real estate service in early Q2 of 2021. Partner Stephan Bank and associate Jonas Huth provided comprehensive legal advice on all matters related to the financing round. Exporo has already relied on Stephan Bank's team in all previous financing rounds. In addition, the firm also advised Exporo on its cooperation with the online platform Zinsland.
